Living life at your best with Diabetes

Diabetes coaching that gives you the support you need

Have you been recently diagnosed with diabetes and are not sure which way to turn?

Have you started to develop symptoms and need some understanding and support?

It’s normal to feel scared, worried, confused, stressed, embarrassed, angry, shocked or all those other emotions you may be going through.

How much better will you feel when you know you don’t have to tread this path alone and that you have the support you need to take control of your life and live it to the full?

Diabetes coaching with me provides that support.

Hi! I’m Rakhee

As a highly trained and experienced diabetes coach, I am here to provide you with the support and guidance you need so you know that you are working with someone who understands and has the skills and experience to help you live and enjoy life at your best.

I am also a clinical specialist in diabetes with over 16 years experience and can help you understand the mine-field of information out there so that it makes sense to you and you feel back in control.

Throughout your diabetes coaching journey, we work together to deal with the emotional aspects of being diagnosed with diabetes and the impact it may have had on your confidence, how you feel about yourself and how you feel that diagnosis may impact other areas of your life.

You will find yourself understanding why you sometimes find yourself not looking after yourself the way you feel you should.

You will soon see yourself creating new and empowering habits that make a positive difference to your emotional well-being as well as your physical health.

Building an empowered mind-set

With an empowered mind-set, diabetes does not have to control you or your life.

With an empowered mind-set, you can make a difference to your clinical indicators and bring those numbers on target.

With an empowered mind-set, you can handle the ‘shoulds and should nots’ that you might recognise that people like to tell you.

With an empowered mind-set as well as learning with me how to put your point across, you can help your close family members understand how you feel and the support you need from them.

With an empowered mind-set, you can let go of the negative labels you may have been putting on yourself and rid yourself of the stigma you may feel that others attach to your diabetes.

With an empowered mind-set, you can zap diabetes, gain control and live a happy and fulfilled life.

I am passionate about helping you build that empowered mind-set and feel in control of your life.
